I am a Digital Twin and BIM Specialist with over 15 years of experience delivering advanced solutions across the AEC industry, contributing to major projects like Expo 2020 Dubai, UAE Metro, Doha Metro, RedSea Development and the Diriyah Gate Development.

Digital Twin and BIM: I align BIM best practices with advanced Digital Twin requirements by embedding asset metadata, IoT sensor mapping, and lifecycle parameters directly into BIM models. I ensure model structures are fully optimized for use.

I produce high-fidelity BIM models for Architectural, Structural, MEP, Façade, Interior Fit-Out, and Vertical Transportation Systems. My work includes accurate as-built modeling, clash detection, custom Revit family creation, and structured asset data to support downstream construction and facility management needs.

Digital Twin for Construction: I build construction-focused Digital Twins that integrate BIM with asset tags, QR codes, and IoT field data for real-time progress tracking and installation verification. I also leverage VR/AR for on-site coordination, spatial validation, and issue detection before they affect schedule or quality.

Digital Twin for Operations & Maintenance: I develop operational Digital Twins that connect live IoT data for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and performance optimization. My solutions deliver dashboards, analytics, and seamless BIM-to-FM integration for smarter, data-driven asset management, Cloud-ready and fully optimized for platforms such as Autodesk Tandem, Amazon AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, ThingsBoard etc.
